Design Review Process

Commercial

The design review process consists of 4 submittal phases: Schematic Design, Design Development, Construction Documents, and Certificate of Compliance.  Additionally, an on-site materials mockup review is required prior to ordering construction materials.  Each phase has specific fee submittal requirements.  Please refer to the Stapleton Design Criteria for detailed submittal requirements and the Design Review Fee Schedule to calculate fees.
